Ash Seth

Co-FOUNDER

Ash Seth conceived the idea of Sandscapes with her brother at the tender age of 12. Since then, she has been in charge of all administrative work associated with the festival, including the setup and management of stalls, and has actively participated as a singer, guitarist, and artist at each event. An avid product designer currently studying at Stanford University, she hopes that Sandscapes continues to enrich the lives of her friends and their families.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Chan Seth

Co-FOUNDER

Chan Seth, a recent BFA graduate from Cornell University, conceived the idea of Sandscapes with his sister at the age of 14. As an artist and pianist, he constantly seeks to create opportunities for creative expression in the UAE and the US. Chan has worked with 3 non-profit art organizations to improve the accessibility to resources for artists from all age groups, particularly children between the ages of 8-18. At Sandscapes, Chan manages the setup of exhibitions, sale of all artworks, and upkeep of all social media platforms.

Harpreet Seth

Co-FOUNDER

Harpreet Seth is an associate professor for architecture and interior design at Heriot Watt University. As an academic directly involved with the design and construction of public spaces and artworks, she has spent the past 10 years using education as a means to instill creativity and a sense of community within the residents of Dubai. At Sandscapes, Harpreet manages the funds and activities of all sponsors and volunteers,  in addition to organizing the festival's music performances. 

 
 
 
 
 

Manupriam Seth

Co-FOUNDER

Manupriam Seth, popularly known as Shanqoo in his artist circle, has been using art and music as a means to bring together people since his childhood. As an artist himself, he has been a part of over 30 solo exhibitions and group shows. Manu's grit and energy is the driving force behind the festival year after year. At Sandscapes, Manupriam directly works with the Ismaili Center and Mawaheb from Beautiful People to organize the day's festivities, in addition to creating press releases and event invites for all attendees.
